6 years ago after my experience watching these features develop on mastodon, i think i'm leaning towards the ability to cw an entire post, rather than rot13; it might be nice to have a button to rot13 an individual post while reading it, though, in the case of a post with partial rot13. mostly just to save from having to copy/paste rot13 text anywhere.
ability to mark posts (or parts of posts) for rot13, such as for spoiler or content warning or silly joke or whatever reasons. also make it easy to toggle rot13 when reading posts.
