Media Manager: Add artist duplicate. #5

1. Log in media manager
2. Select the "Add Artist" menu
3. Report data from an artist already registered

Verify that the system displays the message:
Can not execute requested service

The system should display a message to the User:
"Artist already registered!"

The same error occurs when adding a duplicate media.
