from what i can tell in your case, you're using win10 and one of those themes that add kind of a fake "rounded corner" by adding those clearly visible rounded blocks to the top and bottom which seem to be interfering with this somehow? also, you haven't maximised the window in this screenshot? because the window button would look like this:

and not a single rectangle. kindly review your issue and provide more description regarding the problem.

if you have any windows themes, try disabling them and checking again, it isn't clear to me what the problem you're facing is... try describing the issue better with a screen recording perhaps
