Extend device identifier range for STM32 and AVR #29

This adds support for creating full identifiers for all devices, or at least extracts as much information about the identifiers as is possible from the raw data.

TODO:

[x] STM32: max temperature key: 85, 105 or 125°C
[x] STM32: variant key, particularly important for STM32L1
[x] AVR: speed key and max CPU frequency
[x] AVR: package key and filter GPIOs by pinout
[x] Automate README device counter
