[BUG] help #3045

Why is the modmail bot pinging EVERY ROLE in my server and is not hiding the channel from non staff

Check your category permission, Modmail creates channel with permission sync to the category. If the channel appears to be unsynced, then it's a Discord bug in your server or you have a conflicting bot.
