GameCube controller support #1

I think this is the last bit of homebrew essentials that doesn't support GameCube controller for navigation.

Region changing is mostly unnecessary these days but Console Video Mode still seems to be the only way to get some NTSC games to play on PAL Wiis and vice versa, so maybe automating setting this whenever a disc/channel/system menu is launched is a feature that should be in Priiloader? Thoughts appreciated.

EDIT: Turns out Priiloader does now launch cross-region games correctly since v0.10 so never mind; maybe region changing really is unnecessary these days.

This has been noted, along with some other items, to implement at some point. Right now my focus is on other things which hopefully will be finished in a couple months.
