Annoying battery message #139

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect gtalksms
2. Charge/discharge battery
3. receive notifications of useless messages

What is the expected output?
The chat client should only notify the user on relevant events.

What do you see instead?
I get bugged every 30 minutes or so by a notification of battery status.

Additional informations:
GTalkSMS version = 2.1.3
Android OS version = 2.2
Phone model = nexus one

The battery indicator is irrelevant. If it should remain, it would be better to 
be able to turn it off by a setting. (Possibly remotely.)

Hey Hugo,
It's already configurable: Preferences -> Notification settings -> Battery 
state changes.
