Enhancement to ring command : Add parameter to set the volume level #15

When I use the ring function, the volume is not max.
But some time if i loose my phone at night at home when everyone is sleeping, i 
don't to wake up everyone...

so i think a command ring xxx to ring à xxx% volume level and ring 0 to 
vibrate only.

It works fine. Thanks.

Note: It can ring and vibrate at same time just send the 2 commands. 
Me: ring:0
phone:  Le téléphone sonne
me: ring:[1-100]
phone:  Le téléphone sonne

Also work ring:020 :)

Just need to upadate the project home page 
make you phone ring in case you loose it (using "ring" or "ring:X" where X is 
the ringing volume level from 0-vibrate to 100%)
