Add russian translation #27

Hi. I just translate lexicons into russian language.

Test build and installation (on MODX 2.8.4) is ok, see screenshot: 2022-12-15_00-55-30

Please note that you don't have to update the changelog or build when sending a contribution, we'll take care of that when testing and merging. ;)
