Recurring events are not displayed #62

Looks like recurring events (created using another client or imported) are not displayed. Looks like an issue with the caldav library but it requires more investigation.

It's actually a Radicale issue (https://github.com/Kozea/Radicale/issues/662) which does not support expanding events yet.
