Description

Window flashes twice during the app loading.

System information

OS: Windows 11 App version: v0.6.3 WebView version: 127.0.2277.112

Additional context

Probably duplicates #374, but it was closed as fixed, so maybe this is a different problem

Partially fixed in 0.8.x, but now the new loading window has its own flickering:
