GUI Scale causes instance names to be cut-off

Is your suggested enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

(not sure if modrinth related) - Grabbing the edges of the modrinth window to resize is a bit Problematic (the mouse placement has to be almost pixel perfect)

Describe the solution you'd like

• GUI Scale (Modpack/instance name's are often cut off)
• Ability to Resize window from the top (Window to be resized it the edge got selected and move the window if not) #372
