Theme switch cooldown is no longer working #1547

Describe the bug

Previously there was cooldown when switching between themes, but it's no longer working. See modrinth/knossos#1188

Steps to reproduce

No response

Expected behavior

There should be cooldown after clicking the theme switch button.

Not a bug- removed as cooldown was pointless
