Allow the use of .zip files in modpacks #1661

Is your suggested enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but you cannot pre-configure the mod's settings in your modpack while using the Modrinth format. Also, it makes it much harder to use modpacks with the vanilla Minecraft launcher as you first have to use another launcher to download the modpack and then copy + paste the mods from your new instance into your regular Minecraft mods folder.

Somehow allowing configuration of the configs via the Modrinth format would be more work than just allowing zip files...

I just realized that from the screenshot here (https://docs.modrinth.com/docs/modpacks/creating_modpacks/) of packwiz it's multimc you can include mod configs...

Any modpack creator can include configs via overrides.
