Navbar underline breaks when changing page size #1723

Describe the bug

Steps to reproduce

  1. Navigate to modrinth
  2. Resize so the top navbar disappears and bottom one shows
  3. Click any link in the bottom navbar (ex. Mods)
  4. Resize back to when the top bar shows again

Expected behavior

No response

Additional context

Happens on both Chrome and Firefox.

Should be fixed as of modrinth/knossos#933.
