Why is Modrinth linking me to readme.md?

Here's the exact same markdown on Modrinth and GitHub:

Steps To Reproduce

## Changes
- Updated to 1.19.2
- Added README.md
- Updated icon

## Native Support
- Minecraft 1.19.2
- Yarn 1.19.2 Build 1
- Loader 0.14.8
- Fabric 0.58.6

Expected behavior

There shouldn't be a link there!

Not sure, haven't tested it elsewhere.
