Duplicate Files Even Though One Is Listed #1873

Describe the bug

I'm trying to upload a modpack, but the website is however saying can't upload duplicate files.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Upload one version to the modpack
  2. Remove to saved version
  3. Create a new version with the same file
  4. See error

Expected behavior

Supposed to upload normally and not return an error.

I suspect that this was fixed in modrinth/knossos#537 and its use in modrinth/knossos#531. Feel free to create a new issue if it was not indeed fixed.
