Missing Icons / Constant Crashes #2189

Please confirm the following.

[X] I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
[X] I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal
[X] I have ensured my Modrinth App installation is up to date

What version of the Modrinth App are you using?

Latest Version (0.8.1)

What operating systems are you seeing the problem on?

Windows

Describe the bug

When updating the app originally, it had crashed.
The "update" icon on mods isn't displaying.
Modpacks launch incorrectly.
The app feels unstable.
When putting anything in a modpack / instance (that is on the modrinth app), the app crashes for some reason. This was not present on 0.7.1

I like the new updates but it feels abit sluggish and stuff :(

Try purging cache (new option in setting). Repairing instances etc. Please provide more detail for example launcher_logs...
