Collection interface is not updated to new project page interface #2943

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Chrome (including Arc, Brave, Opera, Vivaldi), Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari

Describe the bug

Collection interface is not updated to new project page interface.

Steps to reproduce

Go to any collection
It should display the old interface

Expected behavior

It should display the new one.
