mrpack format: add neoforge loader as valid dependency #118

While this is not mentioned anywhere else yet, I assume this should be a valid dependency ID in the future. We are certainly going to support this in our upcoming Prism Launcher 8.0 release!

We have verified that MultiMC will handle this correctly, the only remaining thing is ATLauncher.

Actually ATLauncher already handles this. So this is safe to add to the spec. Thanks for the PR.
