Currently there is a GUI enabled in the map, that controls zoom in out and 2D/3D camera view.
To resolve this issue:
link the gesture event with the scripted function that zooms the perspective camera in or out. can't simply zoom the camera, since the zoom GUI button is also linked to a function that refreshes the tiles once there is empty space (isDirty = true;)
the camera itself does not pan left, right, up, down, rather the whole map layer is moved, and refreshes depending on whether the tile is within the camera view.
[ ] getting buildings to anchor to map when instantiated in scene (Act like markerbehaviour?)
[ ] add components: transformer, transform gesture, to instantiated models, so touch gestures are recognized by them, can begin to experiment with moving the objects around the map
