Factoid search should return a list of all factoids if there aren't any arugments present #45

Someone abandoned this feature...hopefully it can be implemented. Would be nice so I don't have to run another web server.

I don't think that would work well, especially if there's a large amount of factoids (e.g. SammyTheShark has over 200 factoids). You can use kamaln7/webserver if you want a list of all factoids ;)
