The wiki: does mingw-w64-x86_64-gcc is already enough? #1118

Have a look at it: https://github.com/modula3/cm3/wiki/Getting-Started%3A-Windows

mingw-w64-x86_64-toolchain pulled in many unnecessary stuffs like the Fortran and Ada compiler. Do Fortran and Ada have anything to do with it?
