Use server-side requests and store session in a cookie

Context

• We're currently storing the session in the localStorage, therefore it can only be used client-side, so we can't make requests for data server-side.
• Server-side requests are often faster to execute

Needs

As a user of the application
I want to be able to have the most data fetched server-side as possible
So that I can have a smoother and faster experience on the side, with less loading times

Notes

• use asyncData to fetch data server-side
• store the session in a cookie so that we can retrieve it in the corresponding store easily
