UNFINISHED, DO NOT MERGE

Core logic re-write should be more bug free
Remove confusing multiple ratios
First base is always the main base, instead of the lowest base
Increment bases by 10 or .1 by holding shift or alt

todo:

[x] fix bug with very small multiple bases don’t order properly.
[x] Add multiple threads as new panels
[x] Add option to select target bases, see #70
