If you move the only TV of a category via Form Customization there is a "undefined"-Category leaving under the TV-Tab #42

If you create a TV (for examples for seo-keywords) that you move via Form Customization from the TV-Tab to below the description-textfield on the document-mainpage, the TV-Tabs stays in place and has an empty "undefined" category in it, even if the keywords-tv was the only TV on this site.
