Security log #59

It would be nice to have an extra security log file. As far as I know currently the failed logins are not logged anywhere. But if failed logins would be logged, tools like fail2ban could be easily used to block the IPs... see https://github.com/modxcms/revolution/issues/12207

Not yet, but we talked about it. Should be easy but needs to wait right now

Made some changes to the login processor to invoke new system events on failed login attempts (https://github.com/modxcms/revolution/pull/12351). This is required for a plugin that does the actual error logging.
