It would be a welcome addition if tabs used by custom Resource Types could be made invisible by Form Customisation rules.
Currently, non-default tabs are not included in the Regions tab of a Form Customisation rule. You can add a custom region by yourself, but when deselecting the checkbox as to make the region invisible, the entry is removed upon saving. It would be nice if the entry would remain and if the tab with the corresponding name would be affected by it. (A little test changing the title of such a tab suggests it would.)
To give an example of its use, imagine you've installed Articles and want to hide the Advanced Settings tab from the Editors User Group. Currently that would be impossible.
I've tested this on 2.2.6, 2.2.10 and 2.3.0 beta 1 with equal results.
