No indication of required field in collapsible area #9025

Access Controls > User Groups >New User Groups opens a non scrollable nor draggable panel with the form to insert the details. On my netbook (live installation of 2.2.5-pl) this panel is positioned so high, that the Name field is out of the viewport. On my PC (local installation, Win7 + xampp) I can insert a Name. The buttons Close and Save are only accessible if I collapse the Access Wizard part. But the Save button has no effect at all. Just the Close button is working.

Susan Ottwell gave me the hint, that the Manager Policy field is a required field (but it is not marked as that). So you have to choose at least "no policy". But the UI problems described above are staying.

the thing with the required fields is another UI/UX thing. They indicate that they are required with this wave-red-line, but the indication/feedback could be way better. For example the whole field could be red and maybe even a text with an error msg could be placed over it...
