Disable default auto-close #16

Please consider disabling auto-closing of threads after 14 days (&closeAfter default value). This is a source of non-obvious problems. Relate forum topic - http://forums.modx.com/thread/43494/quip-this-thread-has-been-closed-from-taking-new-comments
