Add theme chooser to User Profile #87

There is no obvious way to override themes for the various users. Each user should be able to choose their own theme for the Manager, which overrides the Default theme in the Manager.

That would require extending user, which we're not going to do for this. Each user can pick the theme from the dashboard widget.
