Theme Builder dependencies failure #403

When installing a theme, its Dependencies tab doesn't work.

The automatic "Fred" dependency works as expected, with Download and Install buttons that function in place.

Other dependencies all have "Download" buttons that may or may not actually download the extra, none of them go on to offer the "Install" button.

The Creative One Page theme has the same issue.

I am still seeing this issue as well (among many others)

The dependency installer occasionally will download an extra but rarely show the install option if it does get downloaded. I get these errors in the modx log:


(ERROR in MODX\Revolution\Transport\modTransportProvider::latest @ /.../core/src/Revolution/Transport/modTransportProvider.php : 232) Could not load latest versions for Fred Ace Integration with constraint *: Package not found.

(ERROR @ /.../core/src/Revolution/Processors/Workspace/Packages/Dependency/Download.php : 82) PHP warning: Illegal string offset 'signature'

(ERROR @ /.../core/src/Revolution/Processors/Workspace/Packages/Dependency/Download.php : 83) PHP warning: Illegal string offset 'location'

(ERROR @ /.../core/src/Revolution/Transport/modTransportProvider.php : 194) Could not load package info from name for A, not yet implemented.

(ERROR @ /.../core/src/Revolution/Transport/modTransportProvider.php : 427) Could not get download url for package A using location A

The download and install all is not available either. The dependencies it does seem to install are get resources and fred itself ....
