Image URI Cuts Character on Upload

Whenever I use the image input, whether it's direct or as an option, and I upload the image through the window, it always cuts off the first character of the folder after 'assets/'.

• Tried /assets/images and /assets/photos just for clarity
• MODX 3.0.1
• FRED 2.0.2

Not on V3 b/c it has it baked in right ?

It does, I've just seen FileSluggy cause that first character going missing for a few (not Fred-specific) users.
