Updating elFinder and fixing inability to create folders.

@theboxer tldr; I removed this https://github.com/modxcms/fred/pull/479/files#diff-755b0554484faa0a2bca67364fa5979daec3dc59e32be1442638cd998af52ada as it prevented viewing empty directories (which is required for creating directories).

Additionally, i removed the embedded elFinder directory, and have it as part of the yarn install process now.
