Major Error after uploading MODX upgrade #16110

Bug report

Summary

After loading the update for 3.0.0, my site manager CMS ability is gone. Instead I get an error message screenmwith several issues highlighted.

Step to reproduce

I just need to log in to my site manager account

Observed behavior

I receive an error page/message with the heading: Undefined class constant 'MAJOR_VERSION' with an underlying list of roughly fifteen other errors

Expected behavior

I should enter the administrator page wherein I can make edits to my website

Environment

MODX version, apache/nginx and version, mysql version, browser, etc. Any relevant information. ??? Capture of MODX error page - 04012022

This looks like a guzzle conflict between the core and upgrademodx. Try upgrading upgrademodx (presumably, you still have the navigation? If not, navigate to /manager/?a=workspaces - should work), or installing the guzzle7 package from the modx repository which can help with this sorta conflict.

I can log in again, but I have not successfully loaded the upgrade and have been a little hesitant to try.
