This issue raised due to class number validation bug.We need to run a job move approved students from admission table to institution table. The job was developed and merged on dev branch.

The school must complain on this , of student count different , before we process the update job all student's in approved status must be verified and confirm. Then we can run the job and pull the students to the actual count

How To Test: This should be done in older version of the Dev ,Create a fresh school class and add student's with 0 number count on class, and approve the students and see weather students count is getting update, if not we are good to test the update job with new fix.

22nd meeting it was decided that the solution provided by Nizar with button needs to make the user to use this facility rectify the error for eg including a tooltip
