Alter title on per-user basis #25

Allow a "title" to be given to a user, which MasaBot will use while addressing that individual.

E.g. after assigning the title "oneechan" to @dekarrin, when @dekarrin executes a command, instead of calling her "master" or "@dekarrin", she will call her "Oneechan".
