Getting started page links with # in url broken

Describe the bug Links on the "getting started" page are not working if they have a hash tag in them.

To Reproduce

1. Open http://docs.moeserifu.moe/en/stable/getting_started.html
2. Click on one of the links in one of the two notes at the top of the page
3. Presented with a 404 error

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

It should show the appropriate pages.

The docs builder is not inserting .html in between the page name and the #
