Customize README.md and add project Telegram channel

Description:
The current README.md file for moeGramX is quite generic and doesn't provide much information about moeGramX. It would be great if we could customize it to better reflect the project's goals, features, and community. Additionally, it would be useful to include the project's Telegram channel in the README.md so that new contributors can easily join moeGramX community and get involved in discussions.

Steps:

1. Open the README.md file in the root directory of the project repository.
2. Update the contents of the file to include information about our project, such as its purpose, features, and any relevant screenshots or diagrams.
3. Add a section at the end of the file with information about our project's Telegram channel, including the link to join and any relevant details about the channel's purpose and rules.
4. Save and commit the changes to the README.md file.

Expected outcome:
After completing these steps, the project's README.md file should be customized and include information about our project and its community. This will help new contributors understand what our project is about and how they can get involved. Additionally, having our project's Telegram channel listed in the README.md file will make it easy for people to find and join our community.
