Allow Update From Any Directory #10

Currently to run the teamIssuesToJSON.php script your working directory needs to be the same as the scripts location.

It wouldn't be hard to update the script to allow it to be run from any directory

This is now fixed

The generated JSON file is still created in the working directory not in the script directory
