Add the ability to filter APs and Clients based on one or more of their properties and add a UI interface to change the filter.

Filter Ideas:

[ ] Only nodes over a certain signal strength
[ ] Only active nodes
[ ] Only insecure nodes
[ ] Only white listed APs. See #2
[ ] Only a single AP
[ ] Only APs with at least one client
[ ] APs on specific channel
[ ] Wireless nodes only. See #21
[ ] Certain WPS capabilities. See #32
