Better Represent AP Signal Strength #16

Currently the size of the AP node represents the received signal strength but the min size is currently way too high as there is little variation.

While leaving the max about as it is need to stretch the min down to 15 px or so

The Nodes now have a little 'chunked' ring that fills the stronger the apparent power
