Add letter scrollbar #7

This sort of goes against the minimalist perspective, so I completely get it of you don't implement this, but…

It'd be nice if there was a scroll bar on the right that you could use to scrub to a certain depth. Plus, it'd be nice if as you scrubbed, there was a popup saying what letter you're on, like in the Contacts app.

Thank you for the idea! It sounds reasonable. (The only think I'd not like is to make it configurable :-) -- either have it or don't have it.)

I'll check the Contacts app to see what you mean and how it feels, as I think I never used the scroll bar there.

Concerning the initial letter overlay -- I actually had noticed that before and thought about implementing it, but it requires reimplementing some stock widgets, and I considered this a violation of simplicity.

What I did not recognise immediately: an indicator initial letter does not make sense, because the list in NeatLauncher is not sorted primarily alphabetically. But maybe a stock scrollbar without an indicator would help, too.
