'set-script' isn't working with older versions of npm. #1

Hi Mr. Mohamed, Thanks for creating this package, I found it a helpful one. I had an issue while creating a new project using your tool with a log Whoops!, Sir... 😂💔 but Command failed: npm set-script start:dev "nodemon --watch './**/*.ts' --exec 'ts-node' ./src/index.ts. It seems that the set-script command requires at least npm v7.x and my npm version was 6.x, I updated npm to the latest version and everything went fine. I just hope for your error message to be more declarative if you could check the npm version. Thanks for your understanding ^^
