Can't install using Plugin manager #1

Hello! Once I try to install - I get following error: изображение Tabby 1.0.204 Portable

I tried in a new unzipped protable 1.0.204 in windows , and the problem is not represent, can you provide logs in DevTools?

Yep, see it in logs error: request to https://registry.npmjs.org/tabby-highlight failed, reason: self signed certificate in certificate chain

Figured it out - antiviral solution replace certs in chain. Now you know that :)
