dwm copyright notice #1

The DWM copyright notice is missing from this codebase, which was forked from DWM. Please add it!

Catwm used some code from dwm but comparing the code, the obvious amount of differences between it and dwm shows it to be a seperate project. A dozen lines of common code does not make it a fork. It is apparent that catwm wouldn't have got up and running without access to dwm's code though so I am happy to include a link to the dwm license. Cheers
