empty screen on occuped tag #4

weird bug: the situation: on an occuped tag (not tag2), launching luakit or firefox (fix to tag2 nofollow with apps file) brings me to tag2 but the screen is empty (signaled as occuped). navigate to tag1 then back to tag2, i see luakit/firefox... the same process from an empty tag gives no bug: i staty on empty tag and luakit/firefox opens on tag2.

I haven't been able to chase that down yet. If the desktop that firefox is launched from is not in stacking mode it works ok here. I'll have time today to see if I can sort that out.

I was thinking of a different issue I have with fullscreen mplayer disappearing from one monitor when firefox is opened on another...

Since you have set snapwm to not follow firefox, firefox not showing is expected, it isn't being mapped - I don't know why it is changing desktops for you, it doesn't happen here. Does it happen with certain apps open on the desktop?

I've pushed a fix for being in fullscreen mode and having the window unmapped when an app starts on another desktop. See if that fixes the trouble you are having. :)
