There are a few things to work out for inclusion in the package
License of the logos
Inclusion of the logos (carry a PDF/PNG/SVG or implement with TikZ; which packages should be loaded)
biblatex-ext should not force users to load TikZ if they don't want the logo. Same goes for graphicx (though that would be less problematic). You can't unload packages.
Maybe with a separate logo package instead of an option?
Something like \pluton@getoaurl seems unavoidable. We can't make do with only the eprint:<eprinttype> field format. But there should be a simple mechanism to extend the test easily, so that a new eprinttype can be added with little extra overhead.
Can we get this in for v0.6 (which otherwise just includes updates for 3.12 one bugfix and something for #13)?
