Getting closer to BibTeX output, fix to Makefile #14

Hi Marco! Thanks for creating this useful project.

I edited the Makefile, basically fixing what seemed to be a copy-paste error.

I made changes to the appearance of the book, inproceedings and proceedings entry types. I think that with these changes, trad-biblatex is closer to BibTeX in output style, but of course much more capable.

The changes are spread across a number of commits, and not all changed lines made it to the last version. I hope it's not too confusing.

There may be some things I failed to consider because this is my first attempt to play with biblatex styles.
