I have incorporated the changes required for compatibility with Biblatex 3.3 change of \DeclareNameFormat. Included in a conditional base on previous version of biblatex.

This is great and really needed. Any chance of also getting this into CTAN soon? The current version there is essentially broken due to the updates in biblatex.

Thank you very much for the pull request. Due to merge conflicts I couldn't merge the pull request directly. But it is implemented in 8753f52. Feel free to test the new version for any problems.

Closing this pull request since the changes have already been implemented. Of course testing however extensive is still appreciated.
